We recommend to store our NMN powder refrigerated to preserve its quality and integrity, especially if you live in a hot country.

We recommend to store our Capsule products in a cool, dark cupboard, away from direct sunlight. However, for our NMN and NAD Max products, we do recommend to keep those refrigerated.

NMN will degrade in hot and humid temperatures. We recommend you store your NMN in a refrigerator or a very cool environment. We ensure that our NMN is stored in a refrigerated/cool environment throughout the manufacturing process and while awaiting shipment at our storage facilities.

We recommend NMN powder to be taken in the morning and placed under the tongue as that allows it to be absorbed faster and has a higher bioavailability because it is absorbed by the capillaries in your mouth, instead of your stomach like most supplements. It can also be combined with Preservage to boost its effectiveness, as they have a synergistic effect on each other, making them more potent when they are used together.

Glutathione works very well with R-Alpha Lipoic and Vitamin C as both help recycle the Glutathione and have a synergetic effect.

The majority of our supplements work best when taken in the morning on an empty stomach. However, we do recommend to check on the back of each individual product packaging or the relevant product page for specific instructions on when to take each supplement. Spermidine, MenoCare+, Tocotrienols, Releafand Spore Probioticspecifically should be taken with a meal or shortly after as this will both maximize their effectiveness and reduce the possibility of gastrointestinal (GI) disturbances.

For capsule products we recommend to take with a glass of water. If you experience any issues swallowing the capsules whole you can open them up and add to a cold liquid.

For our NMN and NR powder and capsules specifically we recommend to take in the morning on an empty stomach, place under your tongue, and let it dissolve. Then wait at least 30 minutes before having a meal.

If you find the taste of the powder too strong, you can mix in a glass of cold water, or add to a yogurt bowl, a smoothie or any other cold drink. We do not recommend to add the powder directly to the blender as it can affect the integrity of the product, so please add to a smoothie or juice only once blended, and gently mix with a spoon. Please do not add the powder to any hot drinks or hot foods.

Both supplements are made with the same ingredient. However, there is a difference in how they are administered. NMN is most effective when taken as powder under the tongue as it is absorbed by the capillaries in your mouth and the GI Tract is bypassed. Many of our customers use the capsule version and they are happy with the results they are receiving.

Both versions of our product work fine as per the feedback from our customers. There are minor differences between the capsule and liquid version. The liquid version has a higher dosage per serving however one bottle finishes around 5 days earlier (25 days) compared to the capsule version. Whereas the capsule version has a lower dosage per serving but one bottle lasts slightly longer (30 days). We believe that the choice of liquid or capsule version is a personal preference according to the preference of our customers, as there are no major differences between these products.

Both NR and NMN work to boost NAD+ but they work through different pathways in the cells, as they are one enzymatic step away as the molecules are closely linked. It is felt that NMN might work better in cells and NR better in some other organs.

We generally recommend NMN powder be taken sublingually as this is when we see the best results. Typically, two scoops a day under the tongue will do it, just hold it and let it dissolve. However, if this taste is not for you then the NR Delayed Release capsules would be stronger than mixing the NMN in water.

On occasion, when customers have not experienced the desired results with NMN, they have reverted to NR and have seen positive results.

All of our Liposomal products are created using a Liposomal technology. Liposomal supplements use a unique delivery method that allows a higher number of the nutrients in a product to be absorbed by the body. Using a liposomal technology for supplements allows for better absorption, 8x times greater bioavailability, and is more biocompatible to the human body.

None of our capsule, softgel, or powder products would break a fast. The only products that could break a fast are our liquid Liposomal products, as they contain a small amount of calories.

Some people may find the taste of R-Alpha Lipoic Acid too strong. We recommend mixing it with cold water or juice to soften the taste. Liquid liposomal products should never be mixed in hot liquids or blended, as this will disintegrate the liposomes.

All of our products are vegan with the exceptions of Superba Krill Oil, Tocotrienols, Phytoceramides (Lipowheat), Mitochondrial CoQ10 and Vitamin D3 + K2.

Yes, our full range of products is gluten-free.

We ship to various destinations worldwide, but there are some exceptions such as US, South America, Africa, The Caribbean, Tenerife (we do ship to the rest of Spain), China and Hong Kong.

Please note that we are not responsible for covering any applicable import taxes or duties for orders outside the UK and EU. Youth & Earth will not take responsibility to pay custom taxes. 

Yes, you can set up a monthly subscription for any of our products at a discounted rate.

Once you go on the specific product page of the product you wish to set up a subscription for, make sure to select the 'Subscribe and Save' option, instead of the 'One-time Purchase' option. Then, add the product to your cart. Once you have done this for all the individual products you wish to have a subscription for, you can go to your basket and proceed with your order. Please note, if you wish for any subscriptions to arrive at a different time of the month, you will have to set up separate subscriptions by placing separate orders. Alternatively, once you set up a subscription for a few products under the same order, all of these products will then arrive together monthly.

You have full control over your subscription and can edit, pause, or cancel it anytime. If you have too much product, you can skip an order while keeping your subscription active. You can also change your next order date, remove or add products from/to your subscription.

You can manage all of this through your online account. Here’s how:

• Log into your account on our website using the email address you used to place your orders.
• If you’re having trouble logging in, check that you’ve actually created an account - having a subscription doesn’t automatically mean you have an account.
• If you try to reset your password but don’t receive an email (even in your junk/spam folder), you likely don’t have an account yet.
• Create an account using the same email linked to your orders, and you’ll then be able to manage your subscription and see all of your past orders.

No, you can only use one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with subscription discounts at checkout. If you have a discount code you would like to use, kindly add the product to your cart using the 'one-time purchase' option.

If you're unable to log into your account, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

• Check that you’ve created an account: Having placed an order or even having a subscription does not automatically mean you have an account. If you haven’t registered before, you’ll need to create an account using the same email you used for your orders.
• Reset your password: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. Check your inbox and junk/spam folders for the reset email. If you don’t receive a reset email, it’s likely that no account exists under that email, and you’ll need to create one.
• Create an account: If you discover you don’t have one, simply sign up using the same email you used for past orders. Once registered, you’ll be able to access your order history, loyalty points, subscriptions, and other account features.
